At SIM Demon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance electronics and sim racing gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center, clearly marking your RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
